How Much Will the Initial Deposit be?

We ask for a £5000 non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen date!

Do you have accommodation on site?

Yes, we can currently sleep up to 18 people, between the Boathouse, Lakeside Lodge and Patience Cottage. We are always expanding Oscars Estate so there may be more accommodation for your date.

Will there be a point of contact in the lead up to the wedding?

Yes, we have Jasmin, who deals with general enquiries, Bookings, Tours, and everything in between!

Do you allow fireworks?

Yes, we do allow fireworks, please discuss this with Jasmin.

Do you take a damage deposit?

We take a £2000 damage deposit 2 weeks before the wedding date, to cover us for any damage to our wonderful venue. if you leave it as you found it this will be refunded 7 days after your wedding.
